BuyOut Fund Strategy

YFM Equity Partners’ Buyout Funds are focused on unlocking the potential of small regional businesses across the UK. Our Funds invest between £3m and £15m into established businesses with strong growth potential located across the UK regions through YFM’s network of offices in London, Leeds, Manchester, Reading and Birmingham. Our Buyout Funds suit Institutional, High Net Worth investors and Family Offices seeking investment opportunities in UK SMEs.
