The immediate focus is on further investment in talent and service capability, deepening the team’s expertise as client demand continues to grow. The business will also be pursuing selective M&A opportunities where the right fit presents itself.
As part of the transaction, Chris Hirst, formerly Global CEO at Havas Creative Group, joins as chair, bringing significant experience scaling creative and digital businesses. Elly Adams joins as CFO, and Amy Dougan has been promoted to COO, strengthening the leadership team ahead of the next phase.
