British Smaller Companies VCT plc and British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc (together the BSC VCTs) are targeting £60m, with an additional £25m over-allotment facility available.
These Offers will enable the BSC VCTs to keep adding new high-growth businesses to their portfolios and to provide follow-on equity capital to further support and grow the ones that are already there.
The Prospectus is now available to view in respect of the £60 million joint offers by British Smaller Companies VCT plc and British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc (the “Offers”). The application form and online applications will be available from 9.00 a.m. on 2nd October 2025.
These two established VCTs are initially raising up to £60 million, with an over-allotment facility of £25 million. The Offers are open to both existing shareholders and new investors for the current 2025/26 tax year, with an early bird offer of 0.125% on the first £25 million raised. In addition, cleared funds awaiting allotment will receive additional shares equivalent to a 2.36% per annum return*. Income Tax Relief Certificates be issued within 10 business days of the allotments. These can be accessed from both investor portal and the tracking system
