As a member of the investment team, David is responsible for sourcing and transacting new investments. He is based in the Reading office and works across London and the South, focusing specifically on the South West.
David joined YFM in 2020 as an Investment Director and was promoted to Partner in 2021. He was previously Managing Director of the M&A team at BDO Reading and advised on deals across a range of sectors with a particular focus on TMT and Business Services. David was awarded Young Dealmaker of the Year at the 2018 Thames Valley Deal Awards. He originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant within RSM Tenon’s audit team.
David is kept busy by his three young sons but manages to find time to relive his youth by playing football and getting out on his mountain bike when possible. He also enjoys reading and listening to obscure podcasts.
