Adam is responsible for originating and executing new investments at YFM, with a focus on London and the surrounding areas.

As part of the origination team, Andy is responsible for sourcing new investments across the North West market. He also manages YFM’s investment in Protein Works, E2E and Biorelate.

Dan focuses on originating and executing new investments, primarily in the North West market. He oversees YFM’s investments in Vypr and Think Hire.

Dave has oversight for all aspects of the business, including fundraising and the management of investments. He is Chair of the Investment Committee and directly oversees YFM’s investment in software firm, Matillion.

As a member of the investment team, David is responsible for sourcing and transacting new investments. He is based in the Reading office and works across London and the South, focusing specifically on the South West.

As COO, Ian is responsible for scaling our internal processes and driving key operational initiatives within YFM.  He is Chair of the ESG Committee and a member of the Investment Committee.

Jamie is Chief Investment Officer at YFM and sits on the Board and Investment Committee. Jamie leads all our Investment and Portfolio activity across the UK having first joined YFM in 2012. Since joining YFM Jamie has directly led and supported dozens of investments across all our funds and sat on many boards through to exit. Jamie is passionate about social inclusion having led YFM’s first internship programme and works with a Charity that focuses on less advantaged students to show them the opportunities that are available to them outside of their immediate network.

Laura joined YFM’s new investment team in Manchester in 2020. She is responsible for sourcing and executing new opportunities to provide capital to high growth businesses across the North West.

Mike is responsible for sourcing and transacting new investment opportunities across the Yorkshire and North East markets.

Roshan is responsible for originating and executing new investments at YFM. He works across both of YFM strategies, with a focus on the London and South East of England markets.

Stephen focuses on originating and executing new investments, primarily across the Midlands region.

Tiffany joined YFM as Investment Manager in April 2021 and was promoted to Director in 2023, following the origination of two deals which culminated in investment – Plandek and DrDoctor. As Origination Director, Tiffany’s primary focus is on sourcing high-potential investment opportunities as well as cultivating long-term relationships with promising companies that may currently be in their early stages, while continuing her responsibilities as Investment Director.

Helen is responsible for originating, leading and managing new investments and portfolio assets at YFM. In addition, Helen manages the Investment Managers and Associates across YFM UK-wide to support their growth and development.
