Throughout that journey, we’ve maintained a close relationship, supporting the team and making introductions where appropriate, until the business reached the right stage for YFM’s investment.

What stood out is not just the scale of the dataset, but how it is being used. The platform is increasingly embedded in the day-to-day workflows of operators, advisors and investors, helping to inform pricing strategies, investment decisions and portfolio management. Some of the UK’s most recognisable real estate advisory firms, including CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, PwC and Savills, have moved away from internal data sources to use StudentCrowd instead.
