Spotless Water is the UK’s first and fastest-growing national network of 24/7 self-service zero-TDS pure water stations, supporting professional cleaning, valeting, and maintenance businesses. Since launching in 2016, the business has dispensed over 600 million litres and now supports more than 22,000 weekly refills, with an ambition accelerate growth. Its patent-pending Spotless EcoFlow® technology further sets it apart by eliminating the need for disposable deionisation (DI) resin.

The Spotless Water model operates on a concession basis, each station is installed as a fully managed unit with remote management, monitoring, and servicing – a hands-off experience. The model is purposely designed to be flexible, low-maintenance and commercially attractive for independents, as well as large chains, such as retail or fuel forecourt locations, including national partnerships with Morrisons, Park Garage Group and Motor Fuel Group.

Spotless Water removes the biggest barriers to using pure water in professional cleaning and maintenance – quality, cost, convenience, sustainability, and reliability. It removes the need for professionals to produce their own pure water, eliminating expensive equipment, maintenance costs and water waste.

This latest investment will significantly accelerate the rollout of new stations, deepening existing partnerships and bringing pure water access to many more locations across the UK. Alongside the network expansion, Spotless Water has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Luca Contardo as Chief Financial Officer, bringing experience of scaling businesses to support the next phase of growth.
