Ben Pitt

Responsibilities

Ben is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new growth capital and buyout opportunities, as well as supporting investments on the portfolio journey.

Experience

Ben joined YFM in June 2021 as an Investment Associate before being promoted to Investment Manager in Spring 2022. During his time at YFM, he has made investments into DSP-Explorer, Quality Clouds, SOS Leak Detection and AutomatePro.

He has spent over six years working with owner-managed businesses, having previously worked in EY’s Corporate Finance team where Ben focused on helping clients in the healthcare and business services sectors. He is also qualified as a Charted Accountant.

Interests

Ben is a keen sportsman and a passionate supporter of the highs and lows of English rugby. He’s also an enthusiastic cook and likes to find an excuse to try out new recipes on his family and friends.
