YFM appoints Oliver McRae as Investment Director

YFM Equity Partners has appointed Oliver McRae as Investment Director, strengthening its Yorkshire investment team as it continues to support ambitious businesses across the region.

Joining YFM’s Leeds office, Oli brings more than 15 years of private equity, corporate development and advisory experience. He joins from Traditum Private Equity, where he led the origination, execution and management of investments in small-cap businesses across healthcare, consumer, industrials and technology.

Oli previously held senior roles at Isara Capital and Eight Fifty Food Group, following earlier positions at Deloitte and KPMG. At Eight Fifty, he led M&A activity across acquisitions, integration and exit planning, giving him first-hand experience of helping to scale a private equity-backed business.

In his new role, Oli will focus on identifying investment opportunities and working with founders and management teams across Yorkshire and the wider North.
