It’s been a great year for ACC’s dedicated charter division, ACC Charter, which has reported year-on-year revenue growth of more than 80% and the highest ever enquiry levels since the company was founded in 2002.
The company states that enquiries have soared by almost 40% in the first six months of 2016, compared with the same period last year, translating into a 30% increase in flights operated.
The impressive growth comes off the back of significant investment in the company’s charter capabilities, as Head of Charter, Glenn Hogben, explains: “We’ve put a lot of energy into developing our charter division, bringing on board a number of highly experienced and skilled staff and developing our in-house training and graduate development schemes.
“This, along with devoting greater resources to our client relationship and marketing departments, has had a direct impact on repeat business, with more than 50% of our enquiries coming from existing customers in the first half of the year.
“Our efforts and the investment in our people has allowed us to deliver a consistently high level of service, emphasised by our client survey results, where 97% stated they would recommend ACC.
“I am very proud of the team and we are delighted with the success to date, and, most importantly, it is a great feeling to know that our clients recognise and appreciate our commitment to delivering uncompromising standards of customer service.”
