Our latest recruit of 2025, Adam Milner, joins YFM Equity Partners in our Leeds office. Adam’s appointment continues a period of growth for YFM, with four new joiners in recent months as we expand the investment and portfolio teams to support increasing activity across the UK.

YFM has appointed Adam Milner as Portfolio Director, strengthening the portfolio team and expanding support for value creation across its national portfolio. Adam will play a key role in supporting portfolio performance and growth across the UK.

Adam joins from leading UK investor Endless, where he spent six years managing a portfolio of SME growth and MBO investments. Before that, he held a number of leadership roles in industry, following seven years with KPMG.

When he’s not working with management teams, Adam has a slightly unexpected claim to fame in a previous life he was an accomplished Ultimate Frisbee player…. rumoured to have represented GB at the World Championships in Hawaii. We’ll be putting that to the test when he arrives…
