James is responsible for managing YFM’s IT systems, projects and cyber security, ensuring YFM is kept fully operational and secure.
James has over 20 years experience in IT Service and Support and has worked across both private and public sectors and was the UK lead for a major government project collaborating with third party suppliers and the Home Office.
James has a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of Manchester and holds multiple other certifications including ITIL v4 Foundation.
James enjoys spending time with his young family, alongside building and painting model kits and watching films and TV.
