As COO, Ian is responsible for scaling our internal processes and driving key operational initiatives within YFM. He is Chair of the ESG Committee and a member of the Investment Committee.
Ian has worked on the investment team at YFM, during which time he has been involved in the investment, management and successful realisation of key YFM investments, including payroll software specialist Selima, apparel brand Gill Marine and healthcare firm Mangar Health. He joined from KPMG where he held a senior management role in the Transaction Services team. Ian also spent two years working in Vancouver, Canada.
Ian’s hobbies include running, cycling and ferrying his two daughters around.
