Connie joined YFM’s investment team as an associate in September 2023 and is based in Leeds. She is responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing new growth capital and buyout opportunities, as well as supporting investments on the portfolio journey.
Connie joined YFM from Mercia Asset Management, where she spent two years working within the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund. Her role included much the same responsibilities but with a focus on earlier stage investments.
Connie is an avid gym goer, most recently having started a boxing class. She also loves being outdoors, especially if that can include her dog, Cleo, and is always open to dog-friendly recommendations.
