Alex joined YFM’s investment team, in Birmingham, as an Investment Manager In August 2024. Alex is responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing new buyout and growth capital investment opportunities.
Alex joined YFM from Heligan Group, where he spent 3 years working on a broad range of transactions which include, buyside, sellside, debt raise and equity raise transactions. Prior to this, Alex worked for BDO’s M&A and Audit teams in Birmingham where he gained his ACA qualification.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending his downtime either traveling with his wife or spending time at home with his pets, including his dog, Biscoff. Alex is keen into sports including football, swimming and more recently, attempting to play golf.
