North West Business Investment Scheme
YFM Private Equity has managed the award-winning North West Business Investment Scheme (NWBIS) since its launch in 2003. This fund in now in portfolio stage and no longer investing.
A £23 million scheme, the NWBIS provides seed, early-stage and later-stage investment to small and medium-sized businesses using money allocated by the European Regional Development Fund for use in North West areas designated as Objective 2 or Transitional.
The fund is now only investing in companies already in its portfolio. However, we are able to back companies in the region looking for funding through other funds we manage. Please contact the North West team for further details on 0161 832 7603.
